i downloaded a waypoints mod profile but i dont want to have to switch mod profiles to use it and lose all my settings. is there any way to move the waypoints mod information to my mod profile

Its possible to do this but it will require you to mess with the files directly. I wouldn't personally advise you to this as it might break the format of the mod profiles. However, if you want to try make a backup first and copy the content over from the other profile.

Profiles are located in: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\BLClient-Mod-Profiles (By default)
Locate the line that says '"waypoints": {' and copy the entire section till you see ' },' just before '"chat": {' starts.
