It's unbelievably annoying to get drained to campers because of the stupid maps. I am suggesting we do this because sometimes mods aren't on and when they aren't anyone can get away with camping :(. Look at this match: https://www.badlion.net/match/kitpvp/4153741 . How about we make it a kick when mods are on but a ban if we report them on the forums or something. Yeah everything revolving around the actual PvP is a ban (elo boosting, elo manipulating, etc…), so why isn't this?

Imo the camping rule only affects potion ladders, as if it's just running down pots. I +1 making it bannable, if they have 1 kick for it on their profile I'd go straight in for a 3-7 day ban as their 2nd punishment and an elo wipe.
