keystroke outline rainbow feature is not working 1.8.9

So rainbow is not working on outline of keystroke, but the chroma is working, but I want to use rainbow not chroma just my preference.RGB Not Working https://imgur.com/1sIm2WU

please fix this I want to use the rainbow not chroma
