i watch bedless noob and in his vids he uses badlion but somewhere it says Anti-8List or Anti-WatchDogso how do you do this?!!?!?

That is for servers. Minecraft servers have to buy BAC protection. The anti cheat will only be active on those BAC servers.
The client anticheat is free but only activates if you join a BAC server.
