I Can't Register On My New Minecraft Account

Please help me, I made a new minecraft account today and i tried to made a badlion account on it but everytime it keeps saying "We cannot find any account with this activation id. Check your email or if you have setup a parent's email, ask for them to check their email."yes i have checked my email and everything and nothing was helpful
