We cannot find any accounts with this activation id

I'm trying to help my friend get badlion client but every time he clicks on the email link to verify his account it just says:"We cannot find any accounts with this activation id. Check your email or if you have set up a parent's email, ask for them to check their email." Can somebody please help me?

But when your creating a badlion account It'll ask to put what you want your password to be but that's what happens when you click the link that they send to your e-mail, the problem is that when he clicks the link it says "We cannot find any accounts with this activation id. Check your email or if you have set up a parent's email, ask for them to check their email." So he can't finish creating his badlion account
