Whenever i launch badlion my virus protection says it stopped a risky connection
can someone explain?

You'll have to either disable your antivirus, or go to Windows Security > Virus & threat protection > Virus & threat protection settings (then press Manage settings) > Exclusions (then press Add or remove exclusions), click "Add an exclusion" and add Badlion. That should fix it.
