Alright Coming from a guy who has bad Internet I think this is wrong. If you're in a game and you're lagging Internet wise Like the chat is blank and people teleport around, the game will KICK you for lag. Then you lose 20 elo? Thats unfair. You are being force kicked So you shouldnt lose elo. This has happend to me several time, and its getting quite annoying.
