1st and foremost, yes the people who told me they could not see them, had cosmetics on, they can see my bandana and my glasses, and they have item cosmetics turned on. I recently bought the Steampunk bundle 2 (sprays, bow and sword) I switched them on in game and none of my friends can see them.

I looked around on other threads for the same issue but couldn't find an actual fix or answer.
Help would be appreciated.
