When I'm in 1.16.2 or 1.16.3 everyone is a steve or an alex, only my skin is the only one normal but in my screen everyone is an alex or a steve. For my friend's screen I'm wearing my noromal skin. Sometimes only one person in our survival world has a normal skin. Pls fix this bug it is very disturbing and annoying no matter how many times I try to fix it

Same here, everyone keeps saying to disable nick hider. This doesnt work ):
