The hotbar gui thingy

Whenever someone sends me a duel request or whatever, instead of clicking the red wool I just hit esc everytime without thinking. Then I get an empty hotbar & the only way to fix it is relog. Is there a command or something to reset hotbar?A similar thing happens when you are in a party & send a duel request, but after it expires you get your hotbar back.

I'll take a look at this but in pretty sure it's just a desync bug with inventories and he server.
