Optifine is a mod made to boost your FPS, if you are asking how to zoom, it's by pressing c.

Hello,
To enable Optifine, you need to press this tick -> in the launcher

If you try to use Optifine in the versions 1.16, 1.16.2 and 1.16.3, do know that these versions are either still in development, or in a testing phase.
