I know the anti-cheat is obviously active when using BAC enabled servers, but what about other servers like Hypixel and Mineplex? Is the anti-cheat not as strong? If someone were to inject bhop or reach or something illegal would that be the server's complete responsibility to ban the player, or can the client still detect cheating and ban that individual?

The Badlion Client Anticheat Driver is always active in the background, as it has to make sure that there is no other driver enabled before itself.

However the anticheat only enables completely when you are on a BAC server. Data about whether you cheat or not are only evaulated especially if you are on a BAC server. Cheating with Badlion Client not on a BAC server is not causing you to get BAC-banned.

Additionally BAC-bans are only enforced for BAC servers. Using Badlion Client on non-BAC servers is still possible after being BAC-banned.

Playing with Badlion Client on Hypixel or Mineplex does not guarantee anything from the side of Badlion Client.

If you plan on using cheats on non-BAC servers however, I'd make sure to at least close Minecraft and the cheat completely before you attempt to join a BAC-server to be completely sure that the cheat has left the game.
