How long does the refund process usually take? I know on the support thread it says up to 24 hours, but that is 4 years ago, and did I format it correctly? I wrote it like:IGN: xxxxxxx

Refunds are given within 48 hours of purchase. If your thread has not been reacted to within that time, there is nothing to worry about. You can still get your refund if you’ve posted the thread in less than the 48 hours.
