Are Custom Cosmetics Bannable?

Hello Badlion Team,A few days ago I saw a YouTube Video on How to get Custom BLC Cosmetics. I really liked the idea of having a own cosmetic, but is it bannable?
Edit: I mean if I change the cosmetic in the files to switch between Capes. Also changing a Cape to a Custom like from Uhc Cape to a Youtuber Cape.

Ho ho ho, hey!THat is not bannable the thing/why they have the custom cosmetics is because they are like a youtuber/ content creator for having 15k or 3k more subs, idk. But, if you want one you could start a youtube channel.
