All he did was give the truth and the reason that Badlion is no longer going to have any affiliation with the /r/ultrahardcore and OCN. /r/ultrahardcore mods are biased, and it says in rules they can be biased.

Our post broke zero rules in the rule wiki.
Also, the most common excuse is our kit server doesn't follow the UBL, but if you click on the subreddit sidebar "Helpful Links -> PvP Arenas" you will find in this post that Arena Servers do not have to follow the UBL - https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrahardcore/comments/28px9n/official_rultrahardcore_pvp_arena_list/
I think its mainly because you guys are not only just uhc, but more of a network for multiple gamemodes. The arena's listed were made for the reddit community while Badlion did not start out just for our community

They can be biased if they choose too, but no where does it directly state they can be bias.

It doesn't say anywhere that they can be biased. A mod has more rights to the subreddit than Badlion does, and they have the right to delete a post they don't like on their subreddit. It's like saying "oh this house owner is biased" when you get kicked out after walking in uninvited.Posted on 25 February 2015 - 10:18 PM

The post was directly speaking about a kit for our arena/kitpvp server, and it was talking about a kit that would be geared a lot more towards reddit styled UHC (no absorption, lava/water). It still broke 0 rules on the reddit, and was solely removed because of "moderator discretion" even though it was fully within all subreddit rules.

It was removed not only because they wanted it removed, but because it didn't belong on /r/ultrahardcore. You have a whole forum that you could get ideas from, a whole forum dedicated to your server even. The subreddit is for servers dedicated for the subreddit. Not this.

Are you trying to say that Badlion is better at critiquing a UHC kit than a community dedicated solely to playing UHC? If you want the best representation of something (UHC), then you ask the people who play it the most, are the most experienced with it, and know it the best.

Badlion has their own UHCs, and UHC Kit PvP. A lot of people not from the subreddit solely play Badlion because of those two things. You can't assume that we're the only people who play UHC daily. Hell, more people probably play UHC daily on there rather than on the subreddit,

According to their rules, that post had every right to "belong" on the subreddit.

And we already have our "Badlion UHC Kit Ladder" We wanted another UHC kit (so we have 2) for Season 8 that was more similar to the play style of Reddit UHC. The best place to ask about a Reddit UHC kit would, lo and behold, be the UHC reddit.

Yes, but as moderators have explained in this thread , not only did they say that you must follow the UBL and the EULA to post server info on the subreddit, they said that the server is not dedicated solely to reddit UHC and that's why it was removed.

Once again, your server is not solely dedicated to reddit UHC, having one small thing that related to the reddit doesn't make a difference. Even if you're asking for suggestions.

Not anything like that example imo. The reddit is open for anybody to use. There is a rule saying that mods can delete shit whenever if they dislike it. That leaves a hella lot of room for bias.

The reddit may be open for anybody to use, but some things don't belong.

Even though the post presented to reddit was basically directly related to the community?

And both our PotionPvP server and our UHC server are within the EULA rules, as paying to play or paying to have slot priority are both allowed in the EULA.

Actual rule link please (it doesn't exist)

UBL and EULA. Your donation system doesn't follow the EULA, as paying to play is not allowed. (more games than other people, pre whitelist to UHCs, which is disallowed in /r/uhc)

Like I said, it was said by the moderators in the thread.

While I don't agree with the moderators removing that post, they are people with jobs and lives just like you, and they make mistakes. I understand where they were coming from removing your post, as it is not 100% relevant to the subreddit.Posted on 25 February 2015 - 11:06 PM

You aren't a lawyer, and you are definitely not our lawyer. You can think our UHC and Potion servers don't follow the EULA, but I'm going to listen our lawyers over you, sorry.

So what you are saying is they made up a reasoning just to delete our thread?

You don't need a lawyer to have simple reading skills and looking at the EULA.

It's more or less common sense. I'd think you'd be one to know that if your server is not dedicating itself entirely to /r/ultrahardcore, why post server info there?
