Corrupt/Bias Moderation/Administration vs Badlion
Such an overreaction, your parents should have raised you better.

This was a huge overreaction imo. There is honestly no need for you to go out of your way and make this thread, rather you are showing how much of a bigot you are.

It was the mods discretion to remove it, and really that post was not related to the community so it was deleted.

Also, your examples to explain how the said moderation is bias is so wrong. All those servers you listed revolve around uhc only and are run by Reddit members and follow Reddit rules so really no bias is actually there as I see it

It seems you missed his point. He posted something with points, while you merely said "OCN is discussing this right now."
Is what you said really a valid contribution? All I found out from your post is that you're an official representative refusing to comment on the matter. It's best not to post at all.

I don't plan on discussing this topic here but I wanted to correct a few things.

Referees are members of the Overcast Network staff.

Elijah is not a "official representative" of OCN, I've already discussed his post with him but just wanted to try and prevent confusion.

Congrats you just showed how butthurt you got about your post being deleted for trying to advertise your server when you already average about 1000 people at all times.

30% of your server population comes from /r/ultrahardcore, and they did one small thing like delete a post and you block them out of badlion. Pretty selfish on your part after all they have already done for you. In the end it just shows how childish your owners are. The reason your post was deleted is because it doesn't follow the UBL. The UBL is a ban list across the UHC reddit that all arenas and games must follow as a way to punish cheaters.

Adding onto that, you are being a major hypocrite by protecting the people who don't like UHC, then calling Reddit Mods out for not revealing the name of who deleted the post. They probably don't want a whole community coming after them from an overreacting post such as this.

Oh yea, last thing I have to say. /r/ultrahardcore never had any ties with your server. People went on there as a side server because it was a cool concept on 1v1's. It is actually kind of funny once the subreddit got popular badlion starting hosting UHC's daily and have a ladder for it.

OH, and since you are cutting ties. You may want to go through your 20% of your staff, and 75% of your UHC hosts and fire them all for being active on the subreddit.

Our post http://prntscr.com/69eskf was allowed by "Discussions relating to Ultra Hardcore (UHC), Game variant ideas (arena UHC's), and Important information about your server". It did not break a single of the "You should not start a thread for:" rules. It was a kit suggestion that was purely UHC that was aimed at making a kit closer to the style of reddit UHC (no absorption, water/lava, etc). It broke zero rules that are located within the ruleset.

http://gyazo.com/e1019ba740e8124fcf8ae37f957a4f35 from a topic - this is the pure definition of bias which is what we are calling you out on, some servers get special treatment while others get none. Every time badlion makes a thread on there we have either received hate and/or had it deleted. Every, time. We waited several months before even attempting to reconnect with the subreddit, and our first thread, which is our attempt at making a UHC ladder that closely follows reddit uhc rules, was deleted.

The thread I got is located at https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrahardcore/comments/2x4mgz/badlion_cutting_ties_with_us_and_ocn/ - which is as a thread and also comments that are clearly in violation of the drama rule, but it hasn't been removed and the comments aren't deleted that are in violation. There are petty insults without base that range from insults to staff, to making fun of a badlion staff member for poor grammar when English isn't his first language, which are also in violation of your ruleset. This reddit thread is a shiny example of exactly what we are calling you out on, and exactly why our thread exists.

Not much point in advertising a server where ever single person in the community already knows about Badlion. The Badlion forums are actively viewed, but are not required to play the games. As with r/uhc you have to view the posts to know about upcoming games/etc. So everyone in that community actively views the subreddit. As with Badlion the players that do view the forums are not necessarily UHC regulars. So a post was made asking opinions on kits, not the server, the IP wasn't given. Badlion's post was taken down, when other servers who GAVE their IP were not. It's clearly spite towards badlion and it's not the first time. Back when I was affiliated with Badlion and UHCs were starting to grow we put a 200 man game up and it was taken down. So yeah I'd say he has the right to be butthurt about asking a question and having it removed out of pure bias. Nothing more, nothing less.

Your one point, the screenshot with Audicy, does not really seem like bias to me. To me he seems in the right. That server that he is talking about has basically branched off of the community and is for the community. Badlion did not start out directly relating to uhc from my knowledge.

There are only rules on advertising matches, which we no longer do on /r/ultrahardcore - https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrahardcore/wiki/hostfaq

There is actually no advertising rules on pure servers that are documented anywhere, and our post wasn't even advertising, it was asking for a suggestion for our server.

Also - https://www.reddit.com/r/ultrahardcore/comments/28px9n/official_rultrahardcore_pvp_arena_list/

Arena servers according to this post, found in the sidebar (Helpful Links -> PvP Arenas), do not have to follow the UBL.

A) It was a post asking about ideas for a UHC practice kit…
B) Yes, because every member of /r/ultrahardcore is gonna get autobanned. (like wut)
E) lolololololol refer to point B

All they say is that it was removed because it had no relation to the UHC subreddit, and then when somebody points out that there are no rules against it, they reply with the same generic message: Mods can remove posts at their discretion. Meaning- Mods can be and are biased, which is the exact reason for this.

As I mentioned in a previous comment, I reckon that post could have stayed, but I understand why the mods wanted it to be removed. Also take not that this rule exists too: http://puu.sh/gcx85/d9ca8b1f68.png

Again, you're calling us out on a single removed post. As I mentioned in a previous reply, Badlion hasn't branched off from the UHC subreddit nor was it created through it, the other PvP arenas Gberry posted where. I'm aware you posted some UHCs to the subreddit in the past but they got hate because they went badly, plus your UHCs don't follow the UBL, which is a reason why they were removed (which you would know if you read the rules).

Well what do you expect when you've insulted the moderators as well as most players of the subreddit? We're not going to sit there and let you lash out at us when all we ever did was remove one post. Whether it should have been removed or not, you're reaction is really unnecessary and childish.

You think our staff are bad. We think your staff are bad. You call us out in an announcement post. We've never called you out nor tell you how moderation "should" be done.
