MY GUI IS BROKEN HELP

so i had badlion on my old computer and eveyrthing was perfect the gui was good my settings stayed and everything was in the right places. Then i got a new computer and obviously i have to redo my settings but my gui for badlion became really small so i could barely see what i was doing and then with keystrokes the placing is messed up and i tried using the custom gui thing to fix it but it didnt work, also the cords arent working well either along with the gui of everything please help me fix this.
