So I did a bit of research, The picture first shown is in bad lion 1.8.9, the image shows almost an exact replicate to base 1.8.9 Minecraft. Now the texture picture is in Forge 1.8.9 with only the base mods. (Do note though this does mess up the fishing rod quite a bit)

Badlion development and staff please please please try to fix this issue to remove these transparent textures like Forge but also fixing the fishing rod as well.
