If I launch 1.16.3 with optifine and enter a singleplayer world or even a multiplayer server, I can see every individual hitbox/entity through walls.
I only see this glitch in Badlion with optifine, normal launcher works fine with optifine, but this bug only happens if I launch 1.16.3 badlion WITH optifine.

Hello,

This is a known bug, go Options >> Video settings >> performance >> Fast render off.
