Can't launch BLC

I cannot launch BLC. It shows me this error: https://prnt.sc/v5gj0e. I've tried reinstalling but it shows me the same error after i install. If anybody has a solution that would be great.

This is an issue with your antivirus, please disable any antivirus/firewall.
