Broken Mods

Hey,So basically, I have all my mods set up, however if I close the client and reopen it, the mods revert back to what they were a few weeks ago.
It may be hard to see, but the mods are not the same after I logged off.

When can I expect this to be fixed, and how does more than half of the BLC users not have the glitch?
