Health/Food Bar Covered by XP Bar

I play on 1.16.3 and as shown in the picture below, my health bar gets covered by my xp bar. I've tried turning off all of my BL mods and nothing has helped or changed. Any help?Your text to link here...

Hello,please try the following, right shift, graphics, scroll down and play around with the bonus hotbar scale.
