as an idea, how about the advanced capes mod?

Now here me out, I know that this would deem most of the blc capes worthless but it feels a bit hard if you kinda want a cape but A.nothing on the market is free.or B. nothing really tickles your fancy. You could either have it be free with some downside, make it an insider only feature, or just put it in the balloon store for an extra price?

No, custom cloak won't happen on the client. It would be too complicated to monitor NSFW cloak (Inappropriate design, Racist design, etc). It would also hurt the sales, since anyone would be able to replicate some of our design if they like it, instead of purchasing it.
