How to crosshair

So i saw my friend use a crosshair that looked like this
but this is what my crosshair looks like, even when i set the spacing to 0

This is my best attempt at it.Width: 9
Height: 9
Gap: 0
Thickness 1
Outline Thickness: 2
Size Multiplyer: 1
Make Sure Outline is on and Vanilla Blendering is off.

Also Make sure crosshair dot is on and the dot color is white
