Did host change in less than 12 hours?

Yesterday at 15:00 GMT -5 i was playing normally with my 120ms on the server and then at 16:30 i suddenly get 264ms, and now 27th Feb. 9:36am i am still getting the 260ms not my usual 120ms, did anything chang in this 12 or more hours? thank you.Posted on 27 February 2015 - 11:46 PM
I started lagging a couple days back and it hasn't went back to normal since.
