My INSIDER disappeared ???

2 days ago I bought the INSIDER LIMITED EDITION, but today I could not enter from blc3.0 because according to … I did not have the INSIDER, I went to the forum to verify and it was like that. I don't know why this happens, I saw my purchases from my account and I have INSIDER but it does not recognize me in the forum or in blc3.0 and the old launcher was replaced by the new one when you installed it.I did not make a refund and I have been waiting since the morning and I still cannot enter
