is there a way to stop this without restarting my pc? its so annoying i dont even play on bac enabled servers

In Badlion Client 3.0 you can uninstall the anticheat and never have it installed again if you want to :)Otherwise for now just hit no and ignore it.

You can always just hit no and it won't do anything.
