I have a problem where when joining a server, I would get a regular amount of FPS, but the frames become very choppy for some reason. I don't know if this is on my side (I don't think so since I have a relatively good CPU and GPU- Ryzen 7 2700x and a GTX 1660ti), Client side, or server side. But, for some reason, when I turn on shaders, my FPS becomes very smooth. I don't know why my FPS becomes choppy in regular settings and smooth in shaders. It's not my CPU since my frames are smooth in other games. I tried to allocate more ram, but that barely helped.

Any Tips and Suggestions are appreciated!
