Maybe an option for a checklist. You can add stuff like example: "Find 10 diamonds" or "Get 1 million Skyblock coins" and there would be a checkbox next to it. You could customize the GUI of the checklist and when you complete the quest you added to the checklist you can checkmark the box so you know what you completed. I may add pictures of what it would look like in the future.

you can do this with Waypoints mod but it would require you to open the waypoint GUI. Just add the waypoint for a coordinate like 10,000x 10,000y 10,000z and uncheck all boxes
