Hi! many if not everyone knows you can use a banner to design a Minecraft shield. The problem with this is that if you have a Badlion shield, for example, the 3.0 Day 1 shield, it overlaps the normal Minecraft shield. the only way to see the Minecraft texture for the shield is to remove the shield. This requires you to leave the game, toggle it, then join back. And when you are done playing 1.9+ and want to play 1.8- you have to retoggle it.

I say add an option so if you have a banner pattern on your shield, the Badlion shield doesn't overlap it.
