Hey,I am stuck at the "Downloading new Badlion assets" screen, after i press play (Optifine yes / 1.8.9).
My problem is similar to this guy:
Is there already a solution to this problem?
I also deleted my old BLClient Profiles.

I found the solution to my problem:The download didnt happen because Windows 10 says, i got no internet connection (no internet access), altough i can access the internet.
So i switched to WLAN, where according to Windows my internet connection works (internet access), and everything worked.
Maybe the download depends on the WINDOWS MESSAGE whether the internet works or not, and not on the fact, if the internet ACTUALLY works or not.

For example: Browser worked, playing online worked, BAC download didnt, Spotify app didnt
So i think the problem here is with windows or the internet router
