Error with server

ImageI get this badly compressed packet message along with other error messages when I play on servers. It randomly kicks me from the server, even though I have a good internet connection, good fps with a lot of spare memory, and I just wiped my pc and I still get this error. I am running badlion on version 1.12.2. Any advice would be appreciated.
