Settings of my cosmetics are not saving

As it says in title, my cosmetics settings are not saving.Each time i restart my game i have to change my mask position again to -1
Does anyone know how to fix that?

It seems like others doesn't even see when i change my cosmetics position. My friend was screensharing with me and that's what he sees:
