badlion 3.0 problems

i downloaded 3.0 like a week ago but it got stuck on "authenticating" forever and i restarted my computer, uninstalled. thats the problem though, i uninstalled 3.0 and tried to download it but when i click on the download button for windows, nothing happens. im using chrome btw..is it badlion's problem or mine?
