I was banned in early December of 2019 (it is my first ban) and I was supposed to be unbanned on May 11th, 2020. That was not the case and I was told that I would be unbanned on June 6th, or on June 14th, which didn't happen either. The ban still exists to this very day.
I would appreciate every form of help
