Basically, I've used badlion client for several months now. However, I got a new laptop two days ago, and for whatever reason badlion simply won't run.I've downloaded it multiple times, updated the computer, installed and reinstalled, restarted, and for whatever reason nothing seems to work.
I had no problems downloading it on my old laptop (2012 macbook pro), but my new laptop (2020 macbook pro) is bugging out. It doesn't seem to be rejecting the installation either, as it seems to install - until I open it.
idk if this is a problem with my laptop or with badlion, but if anyone knows how to fix it lmk
if it helps being more specific: whenever i open it, it instantly crashes and a long "problem report" opens up
also, it doesn't seem to be a problem with big sur, since it wasn't working before or after i updated the laptop
also, minecraft is running fine from the launcher

yeeeeeah just badlion not optimized probably I have a new m1 mac mini, badlion installs but won't start uphopefully badlion updates it
and also 1.8.9 optifine doesn't work on big sur soooooo
we pretty much gotta wait a while, us mac gang people
