I have been using badlion for a couple of weeks, but yesterday I wanted to build some with worldedit but I can't start minecraft unless I do it from badlion, how can I do?

That is a problem with your Mc delete the .minecraft folder from %appdata% and also minecraft from control pannel and reinstall it
that should fix it
