For months now I've had an issue where mods that I've selected wont save after restarting the game and I was hoping that this would be fixed with the release of badlion 3.0. Sadly it wasn't. If there is any way I can fix this issue please respond to this post as it is very frustrating having to re-enable all the mods when starting up the game. I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and it still didn't fix.
