why is badlion and optifine freezing alot

i was playing on badlion and badlion froze but i could hear game sound so i alt f4 and i used normal optifine and it froze again. is this a optifine problem or a minecraft problemPosted on 19 December 2020 - 06:28 PM

Edit: idk if u meant like slow but it freezes alot for me too and that happens
