So i have a glitch everytime i press F5 (ONLY BLC3) that the world loads again and my screen kinda like flickers or something

I found a way how to fix it: you can turn off FPS Boost in the Badlion Client Settings and this will fix the problem

but…. this basically drops your fps 100-

well my question is, is there a way to fix it without turning fps boost off? (cause it drops your fps)
