blurry text and reset settings

so when I downloaded 3.0 yesterday it was working awesome and I set some of the new settings to how I like them. but when I opened Minecraft with Badlion 3.0 today ALL my settings were reset. so I started turning them on and fixing them how I like them then my screen froze and everything goes blurry. so I tried closing Minecraft and opening it up again but after like 5min it happened again. and I tried closing and opening Minecraft again same thing happened. so now I can't really play because I can't see any text. but it is not just Badlion text it is normal Minecraft text also and the main menu.
