BLC 3.0: FPS / Render Problem
Posted on 26 December 2020 - 12:26 PM
Dear TeamWhen I'm in the lobby with other players, my FPS drop significantly (over 150). As soon as those players are gone/death, my FPS are normal again. So I assume that there is a bug when it comes to rendering entitiys/players.
At this point the client is nearly unplayable for me. I hope you can fix the issue as fast as possible.
Kind regards, unwreqq.

Hey @unwreqq,Here are a few things you can try in order to get higher frames:
Minecraft/miscellaneous settings:
-Make sure to close all background applications, e.g discord, browsers etc.
-Update your graphic drivers/update all of your drivers in general: https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-update-video-drivers
-Check your minecraft vanilla settings, set your render distance on the lowest possible and set your graphics to fast, smooth lightning off, anisotropic filtering off, anti-aliasing off, tall grass rendering off,
-Make sure you are using the badlion implemented optifine mod.
-Use a low-end texturepack, e.g 16x texturepacks
Badlion settings:
1) Enable "Low Graphics Mode".
2) Disable all cosmetics, emotes and HD skins.
3) Enable “FPS Boost”.
4) Disable cape particles
5) Allocate at least 2048mb of dedicated ram as it's the recommended amount.
6) As of right now, if you happen to play on the 3.0 build, consider switching over to 2.0 as 3.0 has some minor stabilization and infrastructure issues.
NEW: Download my new fps profile if you want to get the steps above immediately: <https://www.mediafire.com/file/8l2ycw6bojbl505/rauchn_FPS_profile.json/file>
ADDITIONALLY; If the steps still haven't improved your fps, follow the steps in the support article: <https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/articles/360018512459>
Please follow all of the steps and do them **correctly**.
Kind regards, rauchn.
