Badlion should fix their staff and actually help people

So I bought a badlion cosmetic bundle a few days ago and realized that I didn't want it, so I went to payment support the day I bought it and requested a refund and put all my info they told me to do. It's been 3 days now and they still haven't said anything! So I'm guessing I can't refund it now which makes me really mad because of the fact they haven't responded to me for 3 days… I just would like an answer, so please make your support team better or somethingPersonal regards- 9nk

Hey @9nk,I totally understand your concern, but although please bear in mind that the payment support consists of 1 administrator which handles all payment related issues, and as well consider that it's christmas season/new years eve. And, don't worry, if you made your thread in time, you will still be getting refunded.
