Never lose elo?

Alright so I find out that if you do something special , you won't lose elo when you die in ranked ladder.I found out someone else doing it and I would like to contact high staf ASAP. This is being abused by a high elo player.
I am not telling the glitch on the public forums and I would like to tell the staff so we can get rid off this.

Yea evidence would help this, If someone is doing a drain like method they could get banned.
