On Badlion client and Badlion client specifically I get 20 - 30 FPSLunar client and normal minecraft both give me 100 - 150 fps which is what I normally get
My fps cap is max and I've reset my Badlion client video settings several times
My graphics cards are up to date
I've also tried restarting my Laptop
I've tried closing programs and that does nothing.
I normally got 100 - 150 fps on badlion client and one day I turned off my laptop and came back to it that same day and my fps was suddenly low

did it just give me optifine on badlion client 1.16.4

Normally I only get 20-60 fps, but I'm using a relatively old computer and windows 10 is going to cause it to explode.I suggest defragging your computer or deleting some files from your temp directory, only if you're using a windows computer. If you are using a mac then I'm not quite sure how to help.
I also suggest scaling down/up your RAM storage in the Client Settings, as allocating too little/too much RAM storage will cause your fps to decrease.

My problem has been resolved.Oddly enough i did nothing that fixed my problem i just randomly started getting the normal amount of fps I always got
