Usually, a resource pack shows an image of the pack which is selectable

In my case..

The resource pack is basically just a folder and the name of the pack (Similar to how files are named in a desktop like a folder with the name "ABC" on it)

All I could do is click the arrow button which just goes on and on and on till it hits textures
