What version are you using? If you're using 1.16.4, then it is a known issue. They are trying to fix it, but they have a lot of work. We hope it will be fixed soon.Posted on 11 January 2021 - 06:21 PM

Optifine for 1.16.4 should now be working. This was fixed today
