I'm not sure if this is a glitch or what. I also don't know how to explain this perfectly. For example, if I go to chrome on my second monitor my Minecraft would disappear and it would just show my desktop. This doesn't happen for 1.12 and below. I have had this problem for a bit of time now, and I have tried enabling/disabling borderless fullscreen to see if it would help but it didn't.
