Im pretty sure Gcheat would be able to detect mobaura and i think it is already there, but gcheat just waits to gather information before banning users

During early UHC games the TPS goes fairly low, Gcheat wouldn't activate during this time

I will probably look into incorporating GCheat into UHC and deactivate some of the problem areas when TPS is low.
